City Tavern in Culver City has a really good selection of beers on tap and I think I remember having a pretty good turkey burger here a few times.
I went here for lunch on New Years Eve. It was quiet inside and we got one of their comfortable booths next to the bar.
It turned out they’ve replaced the turkey burger with a mushroom veggie burger. I don’t mind that at all.
It came with sprouts, avocado and english cucumber. on a wooden block. I thought the english cucumber was a little odd. I do like the cucumber, but it made the burger feel more of a sandwich than a burger.
The texture and flavor of the patty was good, I could really taste the mushroom which is nice thing.
The over all was pretty good, but not to die for.
